This is not an anti-aging program! There is an art to aging and you’ll learn how to cooperate with your body’s natural aging to take steps and establish habits that work with your body instead of against it.

Over the course of 3 weeks you will begin to build habits you can keep for life.
Weekly Tops Include:
Self care – If you make your self-care a priority, you have more to give. Learn why self care is so important, how to incorporate different self-care regimens and making time to de-stress.
Exercise – Exercise helps us to build muscles, get stronger and lose weight. It also relieves symptoms of both depression
and anxiety if done regularly and with some intensity. Learn how long to exercise and the different types.
Eating to Live – You will get a shopping list of healthy foods and learn that everyone is different! We teach you how to discern what’s good for you and what’s not. You will eat what is best for your body.
You’ll get weekly emails, modules, workbooks, meal planners. Additionally you’ll receive access to our Facebook Community or Membership site.
In the next 21 days, you will be going through a transition. You’ll be learning ways to make it easier and gain an understanding of the lifestyle changes and habits that are needed to age with grace. I’ll be here for you every step of the way.
